That's a good question. I believe it was a song that they played a few times live called "Surgery" or somesuch*. When they played that and I Am a Cancer at Jacks a few ago we wondered why they were going all medical on us.

Just saw that the track got added to itunes today - as an "album only" track. So it's there, but it seems that the only way for us to get it is to buy the album again????
